Bad - The navpane (left frame in frameset) autocollapses. Unpleasant to the point of being cognitively painful. Also, the frameset makes it hard to treat a topical URL as a commodity-token to post across the Net.

Bad - not found in Guidestar.org charities database.

Bad: no hint that you can use mem page to do a pure donation.

Bad: http://www.reconsider.org/contact/appform.asp - membership form page should have link to general membership info page, which includes link to Why Join page. How anon contrib?

http://www.reconsider.org/contact/appform.asp says "Your donation is tax deductible. ReconsiDer is a 501(c) (3) educational foundation" -- if so, why isn't ReconsiDer or Reconsider listed at Guidestar.org? Suggest you check at Guidestar - did they find your form 990?
