Design critique

Classic mistake -- word "donate" doenss't appear on home page, cant' find it, fiinally foind "join" link/page, which is bad, should say "Join or donate".

"print out, complete and mail " - bad, shoudl tell how to use online auto-pay to submit totally online.
A 501(c3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible.
"join" page: bad, should say donate.htm not join.htm (have 2 sep pages)

I found it hard to locate (on demand) the About/Intro pages describing the org:
More About the November Coalition - http://www.november.org/novembercoalition.html. Why is this titled "More about"... since you never told me, directly, anything about the org in the first place, until now? What is this "more" in relation to? oh it's an addon to the text at top of home page -- but, NEED TO ADD LINK from text at top of home page to this "more about" page.
The Concept of the November Coalition - http://www.november.org/concept.html

http://www.november.org/contents.html - This page definitely needs, badly, a top-of-page jump list. The first screen of info, at top of a page, should be considered a separate higher-level entity than the rest -- unless it's a prose article page. For a navigation page, such as this, the top screen should have high-level jumps to main areas -- in this case, anchor jumps to the major headings further down on this page. Also, that same high-level jump list should appear on the home page. Here are the headings -- it's terrible that from the home page, you have to click Contents, and then manually scroll all the way down, to see the major section, "Articles and Essays". A simple direct anchor-link on the home page and at the top of the Contents page would make the "Articles and Essays", a major area, far more visible. Instead, it's so lost, buried so far down (navigationally), it took me a long time to find it.

The graphic at top of main pages does nothing. It should be a jump to the home page.

Because these *major* sections aren't destination anchors, I cannot point anyone to the activism area (http://www.november.org/contents.html : HOW TO GET INVOLVED).
